July 3rd, 2006 Ex-Shores Coach Runs Away With Top Honors The inaugural North Muskegon Block 58 Triathlon was a smashing
success for former local athletes. September 7th, 2005 Going the Distance Greg Bowman won the first YMCA Camp Pendalouan triathlon/duathlon held Aug. 27 in impressive time, swimming, biking and running in 1:40:05. June 1st, 2005 The Spring Lake Schools Foundation will be hosting its second annual “Run for Fun, Fitness and Foundation” on Saturday, June 18, 2005 at 8:30 am. The 5K course begins at the Spring Lake Middle-Intermediate School, winds through the streets of the Village of Spring Lake, and ends at Grabinski Football Field. This 5k race is being held during the annual Spring Lake Heritage Festival. Gold sponsors for this year’s event include David Bos Homes, McKeough Land Company, and Shape Corporation. April 13th, 2005 (Muskegon, MI) Endurance Sports partnered with Muskegon Y.M.C.A. and Camp Pendalouan will be hosting an Off Road Triathlon/Duathlon located at Camp Pendalouan. August 27th at 9:00am swimmers will start swimming a half-mile loop in Blue Lake with the duathletes starting a 5K run. Both triathletes and duathletes will then proceed to the staging area to start the mountain bike portion. Ending with both triathletes and duathletes completing a 5K-trail run. Read more...
